Road to resilience Session 7: Where Have We Been & Where Are We Heading?

The seventh session of our methamphetamine sobriety support group marks the halfway point in the 12-week journey and is themed around "Where have we been and where are we heading?" This pivotal session provides an opportunity for participants to reflect on their progress, challenges, and achievements thus far in their sobriety journey. Through guided introspection and group sharing, members will explore the paths they have walked and the milestones they have reached since the beginning of the program.

Additionally, the session will encourage individuals to envision their future goals, aspirations, and the steps needed to continue moving forward on the path to sustained recovery. It serves as a moment of self-assessment and motivation, guiding participants to stay focused and committed to their sobriety goals for the remaining weeks of the program.
